Fiscy is an app in development for salaried workers in Quebec. This policy explains, in plain terms, how we handle your personal information when you join our waitlist.
We collect it through a single channel: the waitlist signup form on this site. Two providers act on our behalf: Supabase (database storage) and Resend (notification email delivery). We do not perform any profiling.
We collect your email address and your preferred language (French or English). We use them only to manage the waitlist and to email you once when Fiscy launches. To decline, simply don’t sign up — the only consequence is that you won’t be notified at launch.
Internally, only the Fiscy team has access. Externally, our providers access it to deliver their service: Supabase stores the database in a Canadian region (ca-central-1, in Canada), and Resend, a U.S. company, processes the notification email in the United States. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
We take reasonable measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to the team, reputable hosting providers, and form protections against bots (honeypot field and rate limit).
We keep your email until Fiscy launches, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
At any time you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or file a complaint. To exercise these rights, contact Fiscy’s privacy officer at max@fiscy.ca. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
